Do you have free parking? Resort Fees?
Yes, a free parking space for one vehicle per room is included in your reservation.
If you have more than one vehicle, you will have to find additional parking off-site in Breckenridge.
No, we do not charge resort fees.
What is the check-in process and times?
We strive to welcome guests in person during check-in. However, we are a very small hotel and the front desk is not staffed 24/7. Self check-in instructions are sent via email prior to arrival for this easy process. There is a manager that lives on the property if assistance is needed.

Depending on availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be possible. A fee may apply.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property, including guest rooms and common areas.
How do I get to the ski area?
Getting to/from the Ski Area
Fastest and Easiest to Peaks 7 & 8
While you can ski out from the back of hotel, this is fastest and preferred way to access the ski area at the beginning of your ski day:
1- Go out the front door and down the hill on the sidewalk for 60 yards.
2- Cross the street to the Free Ride Bus Stop - Ski Hill Condos stop.
3- Take the free bus up to the Base of Peak 7 or Peak 8 to start skiing and riding, purchase lift tickets, lessons etc.
During the winter, the Gold Route runs every 15 minutes on the :06, :21, :36, :51 of each hour, 8am-5pm from the Ski Hill Condos stop.
Ski Out from Hotel
From the top of the stairs in the back of the lodge, ski down until the trail ends ~¼ mile. Take off skis and boards, walk down the stairs, under Park Ave and then across the parking lot to the Gondola. Ride the Gondola up to Peak 7 or 8.
Returning to Hotel from Peak 8 by Skiing
From the top of the Colorado Superchair, 5-Chair, Rip’s Ride or the Snowflake lift, follow the signs and take the following Green (beginner) Trails to ski back to the lodge:

LEFT onto Gondola Ski Back >
Stairs are on the RIGHT just before the ski run goes over the bridge on Ski Hill Road
Returning to Hotel from Peak 8 by Bus
Take the Gold Bus to the Sawmill Condos stop. Short walk back to the lodge.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, you're welcome to bring, Fido!
Pets are allowed in rooms 7 and 8 only. Pet fee applies.
*Pets in any other room will be charged three times the nightly rate for the stay.*
Do I need a car when visiting Breckenridge?
In our honest opinion, no, but if you're traveling with a larger group, it may be more economical to rent a vehicle.
Shuttle services (see below) can pick you up at the Denver Airport and drop you off at the hotel or transit center by the Gondola.
The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus system goes all over town and surrounding areas.
Almost every restaurant, shop, gallery, bar, attraction etc is located within a mile of the hotel. Extremely walkable in our opinion!

Do you have air conditioning?
While it may be surprising, most places in Breckenridge do not have air conditioning. The elevation of 9,600 feet above sea level helps keep us cool. It hit 90 degrees once, ever, and that was only for an hour!
Daytime summer temps can reach into the 80's, but nights cool down quickly to the 50's, even 40's (and somestimes 30's).
Opening windows and door to the balconies, allows the fresh mountain air to flow in! Every room has a portable fan as well.
Heating is radiant, in floor heat. Nice and warm on your toes in the cooler seasons!
